My approach is very much rooted in Mindfulness, Embodiment, Nervous system regulation and Energetic alignment.
The framework that I support you with is holistic and integrates the body, mind, heart and spirit.

FAQ
When do the calls take place and what are the office hours?
It is up to you to book your calls with me. Calls happen in the first and third week of the month. We will usually commit to a particular day and time for the duration of the mentorship commitment. Mentorship calls take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9:00am-5:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time).
How does the WhatsApp support work?
Whatsapp support is open for you to use during the duration of our mentorship commitment. Use this as much or as little as you would like. It is a beautiful way to go deeper with yourself, where I can reflect back to you and shine a light on possible blind spots.
How do I sign up?

How does payment work?
Payment is made via Paypal or EFT for South African clients.
What happens after signing up?
Once you have committed to make the investment in yourself is where the mentorship already begins. I will send you an onboarding email and we will then discuss when our 90 minute sacred Embodied Essence session will take place.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes a payment plan is available. You can pay it off monthly. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month. Please make payment immediately upon receival of Invoice.
How much time do I need to spend on homework each week?
This is really up to you. This is your journey and you can choose to spend as much time as you like implementing the tools and processes into your daily life as you would like. Creating a life which feel sacred too you takes practice and patience with yourself.
Where Do I receive all the homework and resources?
You will receive a welcome email with a Link to your notion board where all the necessary resources will be available for you

This Beta offer is available now. If you would like to secure the beta offering you can make payment this month and we can begin when you are ready.
What if I cannot complete the 3/6 months due to some unforseen circumstances?
You or Jessica may cancel this Agreement in writing (by email or letter), giving at least 7 clear days notice. In the event that you owe money to Jessica Garlick at the time of cancellation, full payment will become due at the time of cancellation. In the unlikely event that this Agreement is cancelled before all the Sessions you have paid for have been provided, Jessica will refund you.
